Any engagement between Valtiera Group and a client is governed exclusively by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls in respect of the engagement.

We take care that the information here is accurate at the time of publication, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Service descriptions, delivery timelines, capabilities and indicative pricing are provided for general information and may change without notice. Any figures presented reflect our leadership's operating experience and are not a guarantee of results for any client.

You may view, download and print material from this site for your own legitimate business evaluation. You may not use it in any unlawful way; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system; introduce malicious code; scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details; reproduce or republish material commercially without written permission; or use the site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valtiera Group LLC against any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
