Privacy Policy
Effective 6 September 2026
Valtiera Group LLC ("Valtiera Group", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope
This policy covers information we collect through valtieragroup.com, through our business communications, and in the course of recruiting. It also explains, in Section 6, how we handle personal information belonging to our clients' contacts when we deliver services on their behalf.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a consultation, email us, or apply for a role, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, business email, telephone number, company, the nature of your enquiry, and for applicants your CV and work history.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent. This is used to understand how the site performs and is not used to identify you personally.
Information from scheduling. Consultations are booked through a third-party scheduling provider. Details you enter there — including your answers to qualification questions — are received by us and governed by this policy, and by that provider's own policy while in their systems.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries and prepare proposals; to deliver and administer services to clients; to assess job applications; to operate, secure and improve our website; to send business communications relevant to an existing or prospective relationship; and to comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one; our legitimate interests in operating and marketing a business-to-business service, balanced against your rights; your consent, where we ask for it; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses only cookies necessary for the site to function, together with privacy-respecting analytics that measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings; the site remains usable if you do.
6. Client data and our role as a service provider
When we deliver outsourced services, our clients provide us with personal information about their own contacts, prospects and customers — for example, names, telephone numbers, addresses and property or account records.
For that information, the client is the controller and Valtiera Group acts as a processor and service provider. We process it only on the client's documented instructions and for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. We do not use it for our own purposes, do not sell or share it, and do not retain it beyond the engagement except where law requires.
Individuals whose data is processed in this capacity should contact the client organisation that engaged us to exercise their rights. We will assist that client in responding.
7. Telephone contact, recording and Do Not Call
Where we conduct outbound telephone contact on behalf of a client, we restrict calling to hours permitted in the recipient's local jurisdiction, action opt-out and do-not-contact requests immediately, and maintain contact and outcome records for each campaign.
Campaign lists are supplied or approved by the client, who remains responsible as controller for the lawful basis on which those contacts may be called, including any suppression or registry screening required in their jurisdiction and industry.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, coaching and compliance. Where the law of a participant's jurisdiction requires notice or consent, notice is given at the start of the call.
To be removed from calling on behalf of a client, tell the caller during the call or email support@valtieragroup.com. We will action the request and notify the client.
8. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information with service providers who support our operations — including cloud hosting, communications and dialler platforms, scheduling tools and payment processors — under contracts limiting their use of it to providing services to us. We also share information with our clients as required to deliver the engagement, with professional advisers, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
9. International transfers
Valtiera Group is registered in the United States and delivers services using personnel located outside the United States, including in Egypt. Personal information you provide, and personal information provided by clients for processing, may therefore be transferred to, stored in and accessed from countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your own.
Where we make such transfers we put appropriate safeguards in place, including contractual commitments requiring equivalent protection, confidentiality obligations binding every individual with access, role-limited access controls, and restrictions on storing or transmitting data outside approved systems.
10. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. These include signed non-disclosure agreements covering every person with access to client data, access limited by role and revoked immediately on offboarding, restrictions preventing data being stored or transmitted outside approved systems, and encryption of data in transit.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Retention
We keep enquiry and proposal records for as long as needed to pursue or conclude the opportunity and then for a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. Client data processed on a client's behalf is retained for the term of the engagement and returned or deleted on its conclusion, subject to the engagement terms and any legal retention requirement. Job applications are retained for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; to correct inaccurate information; to request deletion; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive a portable copy; and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email support@valtieragroup.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
13. Children
Our services and website are directed to businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be indicated on this page.
